After twenty years of experience in fastening system field, Eurofix Italia invested in new technologies in order to increase its own production capability of cage nuts.
A LEADING PRODUCTION STRATEGY
Nowadays these investments give us the possibility to offer the entire range of products on stock and prompt delivery. The raw materials and components used are supplied by selected companies with minimum ISO 9001 ÷ 2015 certification requirement.
The nuts inserted in the cages respect very rigid optical selections aimed to guarantee a maximum scrap equal to 50 PPM (50 parts per million).
During our process, the product is managed and controlled according to the IATF 16949 ÷ 2016 standard certification, already achieved by Eurofix Italia, and mandatory for suppliers involved in the automotive field.
This continuous improvement projected our company to a very high level of reliability and competitiveness. This is confirmed by the trust granted every day by our customers.
