In this context, Eurofix Italia sees the prevailing production of cage nuts. Distinguished by quality, typology and availability generated by the high volumes capacity of our factory, they are made with stamping tools entirely conceived, designed and built in our internal tooling shop. The assembly process takes place on the 5 automatic lines, totally dedicated in the specific department.
The standard range includes the following versions:
Zinc-plated steel cage with zinc-plated steel nut
Stainless steel cage with zinc-plated steel nut
Stainless steel cage with stainless steel nut
The three versions are indifferently available, depending on the application hole and panel thickness, with nut threads from M3 to M12 (Special threads on request).
Surface treatments with high performances results confirmed by the salt spray tests, are available on request.
The product is normally applied in light carpentry, in the installation and assembly of equipment, configuration of electric cabinets, RACK 19 ", thermo-sanitary products and metal furnishings in general. Its speed and the easy application helps the choice of this product for various solutions.
